"I am Dr Anil Madhavan, College Tutor for Clinical Radiology postgraduate doctors at Medway Hospital.
"Medway Radiology is part of the Kent Training Scheme. Medway hospital usually hosts ST1 to ST3 doctors but we have plans to offer certain sub-specialty training in year 4 and 5 in future.
"Radiology as a specialty lends itself to excellent direct consultant supervision but there is also ample opportunity for confident senior postgraduate doctors to work under indirect supervision. There is also a well-equipped office for postgraduate doctors with their own reporting work stations and computers.
"At Medway trainees are well supported with study leave and by the Medical Education Department."
