Information about trainee placements within Anaesthetics, including our induction pack and key resources for trainees.

"I would like to extend a warm welcome to Anaesthetic training in Medway NHS Foundation Trust. We are one of the busiest District general Hospitals in Kent treating approximately 500,000 patients per year and providing excellent training opportunities. Many trainees requesting a second placement, is a testament to our friendly, supportive, protected training programme. There are ample opportunities to develop clinical and nonclinical skills, dive in to research projects for those who wish to and to work with a great cohesive team. Pastoral care extended towards trainees has been highly praised during the ACSA accreditation process and the exam support has been highly appreciated by the trainees.

"I sincerely hope that you will enjoy your time with us and get the most of what we have to offer, while enriching us with your skills."
