About the Event
Who's it for: Internal staff registrations only. Aimed at IMT and MTI doctors. Deanery trainees in Medicine.
Skills Covered: Aimed at medical staff who have some exposure to NIV patients. This course enables candidates to recognise the indications and contraindications for NIV. Candidates will be taught how to set up NIV and understand when and how to alter modes and settings appropriately, how to identify and overcome common problems with NIV. Course is delivered as a mixture of lectures and direct experience of using the NIV machine.
